Welcome to the AA Electric website at aaelectric.us (the "Site"). The Site is operated by AA Electric ("AA Electric," "we," "us," or "our"), a residential electrical services company serving Ventura County, California. By accessing or using the Site, submitting a quote request, or contacting us through the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation.
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or submit a request on behalf of another person without their permission.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems, or interfere with the Site's normal operation.
Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, or similar tools) to access or collect content from the Site.
Upload any files that contain viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

2. Informational Content Only

The content on the Site, including descriptions of services, safety tips, and general electrical information, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for an on-site evaluation by a licensed electrician. Electrical work is dangerous and may be regulated by law. Do not attempt electrical repairs or installations based on information found on this Site. If you believe you have an electrical emergency, such as sparking, burning smells, or exposed live wiring, contact your utility provider or call 911.

3. Quote Requests and Estimates

Submitting a quote request through the Site does not create a contract or guarantee that we will perform any work. Any pricing discussed online, by phone, or by text is an estimate only. The final scope of work, price, and schedule will be confirmed after we review your project and will be set out in a separate written estimate or agreement. That written estimate or agreement, not these Terms, will govern any work we perform for you.

We may decline any request for service at our discretion, including requests outside our service area.

4. Photos and Information You Submit

If you upload photos or provide details about your property or project, you confirm that you have the right to share them. You grant AA Electric permission to use that information and those photos to review your request, prepare an estimate, and perform and document the requested services. We will not publish photos you submit that identify you or your property without your permission.

5. Text Messages and Communications

If you provide your phone number and check the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from AA Electric related to your quote request and service, such as confirmations, follow-ups, scheduling updates, and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you check the separate promotional consent box, you also agree to receive follow-up and promotional text messages from AA Electrical (Adrian Ayala), such as review requests. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to text messages.

By submitting a form, you also agree that we may contact you by phone or email about your request. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

6. Reviews and Feedback

After a job is completed, we may send you a link to leave a review on a third-party platform such as Google. Leaving a review is entirely optional. Any reviews you post on third-party platforms are subject to those platforms' own terms and policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photos, and design, are owned by or licensed to AA Electric and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any Site content without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may include links to or embedded content from third parties, such as Google Maps, Google reviews, and social media platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. This disclaimer applies to the Site only; any warranty that applies to work we perform will be stated in your written estimate, agreement, or our separate warranty terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AA Electric and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under California law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AA Electric and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
